Carepack:

A unique offering from Hotspot, the Carepack is a ‘peace-of-mind’ reassurance for all customers with regard to the repair & warranty of their mobile handset.

The Carepack indemnifies the customer’s handset against any liquid & physical damage for a period of two years. Pertinent to mention is that the standard manufacturer’s warranty does not cover liquid & physical damage to the product. This is covered by Spice Hotspot’s Carepack for two years. Moreover, if the handset is not repairable, the customer is given a credit note amounting to 50% of the current value of the handset that is redeemable at the store where handset was deposited.
